Terms and Conditions - Online Application

These terms apply to every application submitted to the African Music Icons (AMI) Awards 2027, promoted by Mshale Entertainment Group.

1. Submission Integrity

All entries must be the original work of the applicant. Any entry found to contain unauthorized samples or copyright-infringing material will be disqualified immediately without notice.

2. Judging & Finality

The AMI 2027 Awards Judging Panel's decisions are final and binding. Applicants agree not to challenge the results or the selection process. The organization reserves the right to re-categorize a submission if it better fits a different musical genre or category.

3. Promotional License

By entering, the applicant grants Mshale Entertainment Group (the Promoters of AMI) a royalty-free, worldwide license to use the submitted assets (audio, video, biography, and photos) for:

• Television broadcasts and livestreams of the awards.
• Social media promotion and marketing.
• Press releases and media kits.

4. Data Privacy

Personal information collected (Phone, Email, Identity) will be used solely for the administration of the AMI 2027 Awards. We will not sell or share your private contact data with third-party advertisers without explicit consent.

5. Indemnification

The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the African Music Icons organization from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from a breach of these terms or third-party disputes regarding the submitted work.
